Getting Started

1. Create Your Account

Sign up at cleargym.co.uk/register. You'll need:

• Your name and email address
• Your gym's name
• A secure password

You'll receive a verification email—click the link to activate your account.

2. Connect Your Stripe Account

To accept member payments, you need to connect a Stripe account:

1. Go to Settings → Payouts
2. Click "Connect Stripe Account"
3. Complete the Stripe Connect onboarding (bank details, business info)
4. Once approved, you can start accepting payments

3. Create Membership Plans

Set up your gym's membership offerings:

1. Navigate to Membership Plans in the main menu
2. Click "Create Plan"
3. Enter plan details: name, price, billing frequency (monthly/annual)
4. Add an optional description
5. Save and repeat for each plan you offer

4. Configure Health Screening (Optional)

Set up PAR-Q questionnaires and liability waivers to protect your gym:

1. Go to Settings → PAR-Q & Waivers
2. Toggle PAR-Q and/or Liability Waiver on
3. Customize questions and waiver text as needed
4. Members will complete these during onboarding

5. Invite Your First Member

You're ready to add members:

1. Click Members → Invite Member
2. Enter their email address and select a membership plan
3. They'll receive an invitation to create their account
4. Once they sign up, they can complete health screening and subscribe
