Getting Started

1. Create Your Account

Sign up at cleargym.uk/register. You'll need:

• Your name and email address
• Your gym's name
• A secure password

You'll receive a verification email—click the link to activate your account.

2. Connect Your Stripe Account

To accept member payments, you need to connect a Stripe account:

1. Go to Settings → Payouts
2. Click Connect Payment Processor
3. Complete the Stripe Connect onboarding (bank details, business info)
4. Once approved, you can start accepting payments

3. Create Membership Plans

Set up your gym's membership offerings:

1. Choose Plans in the main menu
2. Click Create Plan
3. Enter the Plan Name, Price (£) and Billing Period (Monthly or Yearly)
4. Add an optional description
5. Press Create Plan and repeat for each plan you offer

4. Configure Health Screening (Optional)

Set up PAR-Q questionnaires and liability waivers to protect your gym:

1. Go to Settings → Member Forms and open the Config tab
2. Tick Enable PAR-Q Questionnaire and/or Enable Liability Waiver, then press Save Configuration
3. Customise questions and waiver text as needed
4. Members will complete these during onboarding

5. Invite Your First Member

You're ready to add members:

1. Click Members → Invite Member
2. Enter their Full Name and Email Address, then press Send Invitation
3. They receive an email with an Accept Invitation button
4. Once they accept, they choose a plan, complete health screening and set up payment
